Bruce Lee is an amazing example of muscular strength, power, and endurance. He does many reps of 2-fingered pushups in this video and exerts power on his oponents with devastating punches and kicks.

















Michael Phelps was in amazing cardio vascular shape to be able to endure that level of strenuous activity when all of his stored ATP and his body had to generate ATP using carbohydrates and fat. Also he gets very little oxygen when swimming, so his cardiovascular system has to be very efficient in order to use what little oxygen it is provided.
